Depending on training intensity — 1–2 times per week. Recovery massage is recommended 24–48 hours after intense exercise.
02Is massage better before or after training?
A light warming massage is appropriate before training. Recovery massage is better done after, at least 1–2 hours later. Deep therapeutic massage is best on rest days.
